A clear delivery window
Your brief is delivered by email within one business day after payment confirmation. If it is late, you may choose to wait or cancel the undelivered portion and request a refund.
If we cannot complete the agreed work
If we cannot complete the agreed research scope for a purchased company, we will contact you and refund the undelivered portion.
A clear route for corrections
Have a question about a number, source or calculation? Reply to your delivery email or contact customer support. We will respond within one business day and correct confirmed errors at no charge.
Briefs support research and do not guarantee investment outcomes. A difference of opinion is not a factual error. Partial refunds for multi-company orders are calculated using the package’s average price per company.
Read the full delivery and refund policy →Purchases are one-time: US$19 for one company, US$49 for five, or US$99 for fifteen. There is no automatic renewal. The delivery window starts when payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday–Friday, measured in China Standard Time (UTC+8).
To request help, cancellation or a refund, email research@filing-delta.com with your order reference and the company concerned. Refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. Other cancellation requests are reviewed against the agreed scope and work already delivered. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.

付款确认后1个工作日内，通过邮件交付。如果超过约定时间仍未交付，你可以选择继续等待，或取消未交付部分并申请退款。
无法完成，不让你空等
如果无法完成已购买公司的约定研究范围，我们会联系你，并退还未能交付部分的费用。
发现问题，有更正入口
数字、来源或计算有疑问？直接回复交付邮件，或联系客户支持。我们会在1个工作日内回复；确认有误的内容，免费提供更正版。
简报用于辅助研究，不保证投资结果。观点分歧不等于事实错误。多公司订单的部分退款按该套餐的平均每家公司费用计算。

咨询、取消或退款，请邮件联系 research@filing-delta.com，注明订单编号及涉及的公司。退款通过原支付方式退回，到账时间取决于支付服务商。其他取消请求将结合约定范围和已交付工作处理。本说明不限制适用的消费者权利。
