Refund and cancellation policy
This policy explains paid Filing Delta company-coverage purchases.

Public research
Public Filing Delta research is free to read or follow. It does not require a payment method and does not create a recurring subscription.
Paid coverage
Filing Delta offers one-time company coverage for the selected reporting period: US$19 for one company, US$49 for five companies, or US$99 for fifteen companies. Customers select their companies and delivery email before one-time PayPal checkout. There is no automatic renewal.
Refund requests
If the confirmed work has not started, request cancellation promptly and we will review a refund. If delivery has started or been completed, we will assess any request against the agreed scope, delivered evidence trail and applicable law. Contact us within 14 days of payment unless a longer period is required by law.
How to request help
Email research@filing-delta.com. Refund requests should include the payment email address, transaction reference and a short explanation. Never send full card or bank details.
