Terms of service
These terms govern access to Filing Delta and its company-coverage research service.
Last updated: July 15, 2026
The Service
Filing Delta organizes public filing information into a source-linked company brief for the reporting period selected at checkout. Scope, coverage and availability may change, especially during validation.
Permitted use
You may use the Service for lawful personal or internal business research. You may not interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, resell access, scrape it at a disruptive rate, or use it to violate law or third-party rights.
Orders and paid work
You are responsible for accurate contact information and company selections. Before one-time PayPal checkout, you select one, five, or fifteen companies from the launch coverage shown on the site and provide a delivery email. A purchase covers the then-current reporting period only; no recurring service is created.
Data and accuracy
SEC records, issuer taxonomies and normalization choices may contain omissions, delays or errors. You must verify material information against the original filing before relying on it.
No investment advice
The Service is an information tool, not a broker, adviser, fiduciary or investment recommendation service. You remain solely responsible for investment and trading decisions.
Availability and liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Filing Delta is not liable for losses resulting from market decisions, third-party data, service interruptions or unauthorized reliance on derived metrics.
